Services & Responsibilities
Compass Relocations offers a full range of moving services including local and international relocation, packing, transportation, customs clearance (for overseas moves), storage, vehicle and pet relocation, junk removal, and post-move cleaning.
We commit to handling your belongings with professional care. However, we are not liable for damage to goods not packed by our team, or delays caused by external factors such as severe weather, border/customs delays, labor strikes, or road closures. Clients are responsible for ensuring access is available at both pickup and delivery locations.
Pricing, Payments & Insurance
All estimates are based on information provided by the client. Significant changes to the move (e.g., added items, limited access, additional services) may result in price adjustments. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with final payment due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Compass Relocations includes basic liability coverage with all moves. For high-value items, we strongly recommend purchasing full-value protection insurance, which can be arranged through our team prior to your move.
Claims, Storage & Cancellation
Any loss or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include photos and item details to be considered.
Storage services are available in our Richmond warehouse and are billed monthly. If payment is overdue for more than 90 days, Compass Relocations reserves the right to dispose of stored items after due notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of the move may incur additional charges. All services are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

Sms Terms & Condition
1. Program Description Compass Relocation uses SMS messaging to provide move updates, scheduling reminders, logistics coordination, and professional service notifications to our clients.
2. User Consent By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our website forms, or by initiating a text message to our business number (833) 510-2018, you agree to receive text messages from Compass Relocation. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your moving schedule and interaction with our team.
4. Rates Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Compass Relocation does not charge for sending or receiving text messages.
5. How to Opt-Out You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (833) 510-2018. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
6. How to Get Help If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or email us at admin@compassrelo.ca.
7. Privacy Compass Relocation respects your privacy. We will not share, rent, or sell your mobile number or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used strictly for relocation coordination and service updates.
